1. Service
FocusHQ is a macOS productivity application that aggregates messages, tasks, and events from connected third-party services. By using FocusHQ, you agree to these terms.
2. Account
You must sign in with a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. Third-Party Integrations
FocusHQ connects to services like Gmail, Slack, Notion, and others via OAuth. We access only the data you authorize. You can disconnect any integration at any time from Settings.
4. AI Features
FocusHQ uses AI (powered by Anthropic Claude) for message triage, task planning, and focus recommendations. AI processing is done server-side. We do not use your data to train AI models.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the service for automated scraping or data harvesting
- Share your account with others
6. Subscription & Billing
FocusHQ offers Free, Pro, and Team plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel at any time — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
7. Limitation of Liability
FocusHQ is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from the use of the application or connected integrations.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of FocusHQ after changes constitutes acceptance.
